What You'll Do: - Manage Digital Listings & Platforms: Maintain accurate property data, virtual tours, and availability across corporate software, websites, and ILS listing platforms. Conduct routine audits, archive outdated media, and troubleshoot platform access.
- Drive Content & Social Media: Design on-brand digital and print collateral—including social media posts, short-form videos, signage, and leasing displays. Draft copy, manage content calendars, and ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) standards.
- Lead On-Site Readiness & Staging: Perform site visits to assess visual appeal, assist in staging model units and leasing offices, and coordinate professional photo/video shoots and vendor sourcing.
- Audit Analytics & Cross-Functional Support: Audit lead-source mappings across CRM and software platforms, produce campaign reports for executive decision-making, and deliver templates and support to on-site teams.
