Candidates must have previous or current experience working with a residential homebuilder, commercial real estate firm, or a construction company. Responsibilities include:
 

 

Digital & Social Media Strategy
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Create engaging content including reels, stories, video walkthroughs, builder updates, homeowner features, and community highlights
  • Manage content calendars and maintain consistent brand messaging
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online audiences

Content Creation & Brand Presence
  • Capture and coordinate photography/video content for homes, model tours, events, and communities
  • Write compelling copy for social posts, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates
  • Collaborate with sales and construction teams to identify content opportunities
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all digital channels

Website & Lead Generation
  • Assist with website updates, SEO improvements, and online listings
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation metrics
