Pro-actively trains all new hires onsite to assist department Manager
Provides communication back to Department Manager regarding team and business needs
Ensures monthly targets are met and/or exceeded
Assists in helping close a package transaction and ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for package and/or tours
Provides information and incentives for guests in resort according to local policies
Ability to cover shifts for absent Team Members including interacting with guests, booking of tours and selling of packages
Completes other duties and tasks, as assigned by management
1+ year Marketing experience in Vacation Ownership Industry
1+ year hospitality and/or client service experience
Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
High School/GED
Ability to work flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekend, and holidays.
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
