• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and analytics.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent messaging.
• Represent SERVPRO at trade shows and networking events.

Requirements:

• Preferably experience in marketing or sales, bonus in the restoration or service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the service area as needed.
