Marketing & Recruiting Specialist with a background in

life insurance and annuity sales. This is an excellent

opportunity for a motivated professional who understands

the insurance industry and enjoys building relationships,

recruiting agents, and helping grow a successful financial

services organization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit licensed Life & Health insurance professionals.
• Develop and execute recruiting and marketing
• campaigns.
• Generate qualified agent leads through social media,
• networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through
• the onboarding process.
• Support seminars, educational workshops, and
• community marketing events.
• Assist with branding and digital marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective

advisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Life Insurance and Annuity
• sales required.
• Strong understanding of indexed annuities, retirement
• planning, and insurance products.
• Experience recruiting insurance agents is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building
• skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience using CRM and social media marketing
• platforms is a plus.
