Job Title: Marketing Project Manager (Strategy & Analytics)
Pay Rate: $77/hr W2
Duration: 12 Months
Locations:

  • Atlanta, GA
Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical Marketing Project Manager to work directly with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (North America). This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics, and operations, supporting how priorities are set, performance is measured, and key initiatives are executed.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is comfortable working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Execution
  • Support marketing planning, prioritization, and tracking of initiatives
  • Coordinate inputs across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Assist in delivery of high-priority marketing initiatives
Marketing Strategy & Analytics
  • Analyze marketing performance across programs to identify insights and opportunities
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support decision-making through data-driven analysis
Executive-Level Storytelling
  • Develop high-quality presentations and materials for senior leadership
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, structured narratives
  • Support preparation for leadership meetings, reviews, and updates

Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, marketing strategy, or analytical roles
  • Strong ability to analyze data and solve complex problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver actionable insights
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders
  • Background in marketing analytics, program management, or consulting

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field)
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus
