Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist
Location-Type: Remote
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 12 month contract
Compensation Range: $35-55/hr W2

Job Description:
Support the client's marketing organization by owning hands-on marketing operations work in a highly regulated healthcare/life sciences environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing operations workflows across campaigns and content development
  • Own and maintain the communications calendar
  • Create, update, and format marketing assets including PowerPoints, flyers, PDFs, and printed collateral
  • Partner with digital teams to support email campaigns
  • Route materials through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes
  • Ensure marketing content aligns with compliance requirements for clinical and health-related data
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders and provide polished communication to leadership

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    • 2-7 years of recent marketing operations experience in a regulated healthcare, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical environment
    • Recent MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review experience (within the past year)
    • Experience working with clinical, diagnostic, pharma, or other health-related data
    • Experience creating and managing flyers, PDFs, printed pieces, and other marketing collateral
    • Experience owning and organizing communications calendars
    • Experience partnering with digital teams on email campaigns
    • Strong attention to detail in compliance-heavy content environments
    • Strong executive presence and cross-functional communication skills
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience supporting lean teams where senior leaders need hands-on execution support
    • Experience balancing multiple workflows in a part-time, fast-moving contract environment
