Job Summary:
This role focuses on managing the complete lifecycle of paid marketing initiatives, from initial procurement to campaign execution. You will be responsible for streamlining financial processes, tracking creative assets, and ensuring legal reviews are prioritized efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational skills and a passion for process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase requisitions, orders, and invoice reconciliation.
• Oversee creative asset tracking and backlog management.
• Prioritize and communicate legal review timelines.
• Identify and implement automation for operational tasks.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive collaboration.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in procurement and workflow management tools.
• Experience in marketing operations or program management.
• Strong organizational and process improvement skills.

Industry Experience:
Experience in a marketing operations role supporting paid media or digital marketing activities is preferred.
