Capri Communities | Marketing Manager
SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in the execution and coordination of Capri's marketing initiatives, serving as the central point of contact for project management, website oversight, content development, advertising, digital marketing, and vendor coordination. This position partners closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing efforts are strategically aligned, efficiently executed, and consistently reflective of the Capri brand while supporting occupancy, engagement, and business growth.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences that advance Capri's mission and enhance the lives of older adults. This individual will report to the Vice President of Marketing and work closely with the creative design team. This is a corporate HQ position and, for the near term, should be considered a fully in-office position.
Capri Communities is comprised of 43 managed locations in Southern Wisconsin including 20 traditional senior living communities. We also own and/or manage affordable senior living and affordable disabled housing properties along with various other affiliated interests.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience in a corporate marketing department, marketing agency, or related environment.
· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments and with external partners.
· Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing initiatives, including website content management, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
· Proficiency with WordPress and content management systems, with a strong understanding of website user experience best practices.
· Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Business Profiles, and digital marketing performance measurement.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
· Experience utilizing project management and workflow tools such as Microsoft Planner, Trello or similar platforms.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and sales funnel data, evaluate campaign performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
· Ability to track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, digital advertising performance, SEO metrics, and social media engagement.
· Knowledge of marketing budget management, vendor coordination, direct mail campaigns, advertising placement, and marketing ROI analysis.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs.
· Strategic and proactive thinker who anticipates needs, identifies opportunities, and drives continuous improvement.
· Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and business objectives.
· Creative, resourceful, and collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support team success.
· Experience managing vendor and agency relationships preferred.
· Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and emerging digital marketing technologies is preferred.
· Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, real estate, or consumer-focused marketing environments is a plus but not required.
