Job Description

We are seeking a Global Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B partner and alliance marketing, program management, and stakeholder engagement and a proven ability to enable strategic Systems Integrators, lead co-marketing initiatives, and drive executive engagement to accelerate go-to-market outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead partner enablement and training programs for the Business Agent Platform and Business Messaging ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market activities with global partners.
  • Drive executive engagement initiatives and briefings with priority partners.
  • Manage cross-functional workstreams with internal product, sales, comms, and partner teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate joint solution positioning and assets with Systems Integrators including Accenture, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and others.
  • Track program performance, partner pipeline impact, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B, partner, alliance, or enterprise technology marketing.
  • Hands-on experience working with Systems Integrators, consulting firms, cloud providers, or enterprise technology partners.
  • Strong program and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing partner enablement, training, and go-to-market programs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools and modern collaboration platforms.
