Location: St. Louis, MOCompany: Orchestra Life SciencesReports to: Chief Strategy OfficerEmployment Type: Full-Time, ExemptPosition Summary The Marketing Manager will build and elevate Orchestra Life Sciences' brand presence, translating complex scientific consulting work into compelling content that resonates with biotech executives, pharma decision-makers, and industry partners. This individual will own the marketing function end-to-end, shaping how Orchestra shows up in the market as the company continues its rapid growth across North America and Europe.This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a creative and data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of life sciences and storytelling. The ideal candidate combines strong digital marketing expertise with a genuine interest in advanced therapies, radiopharmaceuticals, and cell and gene therapy.Candidates with a primary background in life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or technical B2B marketing are strongly preferred. Applicants with general consumer marketing or agency experience will be considered but are not the preferred profile for this role.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain a library of client-facing proposal and presentation templates — including statements of capability, scope-of-work presentations, and project qualification decks — ensuring brand-consistent visuals, clear narrative structure, and professional polish appropriate for biotech and pharmaceutical executive audiences.
