Payrate: $57.00 - $57.09/hr.
 
Summary:
The client Home Entertainment (HE) Division is seeking a results-driven and analytically sharp Manager, Paid Media – TV & Audio to execute and optimize paid media strategies across national and performance channels for the TV and Audio lines of business. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, this individual contributor role is responsible for translating high-level media strategy into precise, data-driven campaign execution that drives brand consideration, qualified traffic, and sales—both nationally.
 
Responsibilities:

• Execute integrated paid media campaigns across national and performance channels for the TV and Audio lines of business, aligned with the broader HE Division media strategy.
• Partner closely with the Director of Paid Media to bring national and performance media strategies to life with precision and agility.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time, delivering actionable insights and optimization recommendations to maximize ROAS and business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and eCommerce teams to align on messaging, creative, and performance targets.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and media partners, ensuring flawless execution, brand safety, and adherence to budget.
• Support the development of media plans, budget recommendations, and performance reporting for TV and Audio.

• Assist in the development and management of the TV and Audio paid media budgets, tracking spend pacing and flagging any variances.
• Establish and track KPIs aligned to business objectives; maintain dashboards and reporting cadences that keep stakeholders informed.
• Support the use of advanced measurement tools, including MMM and MTA, to track campaign performance and inform budget allocation decisions.
• Monitor and analyze competitors' media strategies to ensure TV and Audio campaigns are differentiated and competitive in market.
• Follow all internal practices for finance, regulatory compliance, data security, and consumer privacy across all operations.
• Mitigate risks associated with ad fraud, brand safety, and data privacy by enforcing platform-level controls and monitoring for anomalies.

 
Minimum Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in paid media, with hands-on expertise in national digital channels (CTV, OLV, Display, Social) and performance media (SEM, PMax, Paid Social).
• Deep understanding of media buying and campaign management platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making; comfort working with large data sets and translating performance data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with or alongside media agencies, including managing day-to-day deliverables and holding vendors accountable to performance standards.
• Familiarity with advanced measurement methodologies including MTA and MMM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with campaign reporting and analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $57.00 - $57.09/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
