About Foresight
Foresight helps leaders running infrastructure capital programmes move from reactive project delivery to proactive control of risk and outcomes.
We're building AI-driven software that continuously analyses complex schedules and surfaces the signals teams need to make better, faster decisions. Construction is one of the least digitised industries in the world. We're building tools that don't meaningfully exist today, solving problems few teams have attempted at this scale.
Our mission: give every team the clarity and confidence to deliver projects on time, every time. Because in high-stakes construction, the real risk isn't complexity — it's being too late to act.
We recently raised a $25M Series A led by Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, with participation from Creandum (who led our Seed), isai Build, i2bf Global Ventures, and Somersault Ventures. Revenue has tripled every year since 2023.
The Role
As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the execution engine behind Foresight's marketing engine — running the events and content our founders and team need in market, on time, and on brand. You'll take direction rather than set strategy: our marketing calendar already has more ideas than it has hands to execute them, so this is a project-management and operating role first, not a big-vision marketing role.
What You'll Do
- Own logistics for the conferences and sponsored dinners Foresight attends — invites, RSVPs, prep, and vendor coordination — so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Plan and run Foresight-hosted events — breakfasts and roundtables like our upcoming CFO roundtable with two insurance-industry partners — managing every detail from venue to run-of-show.
- Navigate the added complexity of co-branded, partner-sponsored events: get sign-off from partner marketing teams on naming, branding, and messaging, and keep every stakeholder aligned end to end.
- Coordinate production of white papers, how-to guides, and case studies from draft through edit, design, and print, tying releases to events wherever possible rather than shipping disconnected pieces.
- Make sure finished content — digital and printed — is ready on time and reaches the team members and clients who need it.
- Decide what to execute in-house versus hand to an agency, and make that call fast enough to hit deadlines.
- Track the basics that matter — response rates, channel ROI — well enough to know what's working and say so.
- Manage Marketing Coordinator day-to-day and help him grow into stronger end-to-end execution.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience running real event and/or content programs — agency-side or in-house
- A track record you can point to: specific events you've run, specific pieces you've shipped.
- Strong organizational instincts and follow-through, with the ability to run several outside vendors and agencies at once without dropping a ball.
- Enough grasp of marketing economics — what things cost, what a reasonable return looks like — to make sound trade-off calls without hand-holding.
- Energy, speed, and proactivity, paired with real humility: you'll be executing our founders' direction, not pitching your own strategic agenda, at least out of the gate.
- Based in the tri-state area and comfortable with a hybrid schedule that flexes around event needs — including being on-site well ahead of key stakeholders when an event demands it.
- Good taste: you've seen strong events and strong publications before and instinctively know the difference between good and mediocre.
Benefits
Why Join Now
- Direct line to a founder who's genuinely hands-on. You'll work closely with a co-founder who writes his own content and gives specific, thoughtful creative direction — not vague notes to interpret on your own.
- Real scope, fast. You'll own the operating rhythm behind two of Foresight's three marketing pillars — events and content — from day one, not a narrow slice of either.
- The momentum is real. Revenue has tripled every year since 2023, and our event and content calendar is growing to match — this is a function we're actively investing in, not maintaining.
- Backed to build properly. A $25M Series A gives Foresight the runway to invest in doing marketing right, including this role.
- Room to grow past pure execution. This starts as an execution-focused seat, but there's a real path to a bigger strategic role — potentially a third partner to our marketing lead and co-founder — as you prove yourself.
- Total compensation range: $100,000–$125,000+, based on experience and fit against the requirements above, and equity in a fast-growing, well-funded startup.
Foresight is an equal opportunity employer. We believe diverse teams build better software.
