Marketing Manager

Join us to bring a legendary New Orleans brand into its' next era of growth!

For more than 50 years, Mignon Faget has transformed the culture, architecture, nature, and spirit of New Orleans into distinctive jewelry and meaningful design. As the brand continues to grow beyond its traditional markets, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who can honor that legacy while helping shape what comes next.

The Marketing Manager will guide the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives that bring the Mignon Faget brand to life across every customer touchpoint. This role requires someone who can move comfortably between big-picture campaign planning and hands-on execution, balancing creativity, data, brand stewardship, and operational follow-through.

You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop campaigns that reflect the company’s heritage, elevate the customer experience, and drive measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ecommerce, retail, wholesale, email, SMS, social media, public relations, events, and traditional media.

  • Develop seasonal marketing calendars, campaign plans, content schedules, and project timelines.

  • Protect and strengthen the Mignon Faget brand voice, visual identity, storytelling, and luxury positioning across all customer-facing materials.

  • Lead ecommerce marketing efforts that increase website traffic, conversion, customer engagement, and online sales.

  • Oversee email, SMS, digital advertising, social media, print, billboard, direct mail, and other marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, community collaborations, brand partnerships, influencer opportunities, and media outreach.

  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor spending, evaluate ROI, and recommend adjustments based on performance and business priorities.

  • Track campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare actionable reporting to improve results over time.

  • Manage vendor relationships, creative partners, agencies, freelancers, photographers, and other external resources.

  • Collaborate with merchandising, retail, ecommerce, operations, and leadership to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, timely, and effective.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of progressively responsible marketing experience, preferably in retail, luxury, fashion, jewelry, consumer products, or a brand-driven environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution and performance review.

  • Understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating return on marketing investment.

  • Strong copywriting, communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to balance creativity with data, brand intuition with performance metrics, and strategy with execution.

  • Experience with tools such as GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Listrak, NetSuite, SEO fundamentals, or similar platforms is a plus.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Lead meaningful brand storytelling: Help translate the heritage, craft, and culture of New Orleans into campaigns that connect with loyal customers and new audiences.

  • Influence growth: Play a key role in expanding brand awareness, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth across retail and digital channels.

  • Work across the full marketing mix: Own initiatives across ecommerce, paid media, email/SMS, social, PR, events, traditional media, retail marketing, and community partnerships.

  • Balance creativity and analytics: Use both imagination and performance data to improve campaigns, elevate the customer experience, and make smarter marketing decisions.

  • Be part of a respected New Orleans brand: Join a company with a distinctive identity, loyal following, and exciting opportunity for continued evolution.

Who Will Thrive Here

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing leader who understands the importance of brand consistency and knows how to turn strong ideas into well-executed campaigns. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working cross-functionally, making data-informed recommendations, and protecting the details that make a brand memorable.

Apply

If you are a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional who is excited by the opportunity to grow a beloved brand with deep New Orleans roots, we would love to hear from you.
