We have an opening for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the project management and implementation of tactical marketing initiatives to drive sales leads for Loffler Companies. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal personnel across all functions of the organization. Knowledge and experience with HubSpot and MS Dynamics CRM are strongly desired.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will partner closely with the Director of Marketing to plan, implement, and manage strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified sales opportunities, and support business growth. This role also oversees day-to-day marketing workflow, coordinates cross-functional projects, and provides leadership to the marketing team to ensure high-quality execution across digital marketing, content, social media, video, events, and sales support initiatives.

Content Management
Website
Create and/or assign copywriting/editing for web pages, blogs, nurturing emails, case studies, etc. to support strategic initiatives.
Identify appropriate audiences to target, plan and launch nurturing email campaigns via HubSpot platform.
Track the effectiveness of campaign objectives and adjust strategy as needed.
Social Media
Using monthly/quarterly topics, determine the best use of budget to target sponsored ads on LinkedIn and other social platforms as needed.
Work with marketing team to ensure posts are scheduled and executed according to identified focus.
Determine organic social post strategy monthly.
Monitor social media performance and recommend opportunities to improve engagement and brand awareness.
Video Production
Work with Video Production Specialist and VP of Marketing & Communications to determine and schedule video topics and focus to support content strategy.
Provide video scripting/editing as needed or requested.
Events & Sponsorships
Coordinate customer events, trade shows, sponsorships, webinars, and community engagement initiatives.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful planning and execution.
Measure event effectiveness through attendance, engagement, and lead generation.
Printed Marketing Materials
Manage the production and completion of printed materials as requested by sales staff or VP of Marketing & Communications.
Assign to the team member with the bandwidth and best skills for the type of content requested and provide support for content development as needed. Submit final materials to VP of Marketing & Communications for approval.
Branding Consistency
Support efforts to improve and ensure brand consistency, awareness, and professionalism across all client-facing marketing efforts. This could include creation of new templates for sales executives to use for client-facing materials or other materials in need of branding improvement.
Sales & Lead Management
Partner with Sales leadership to support lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Assist in identifying Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and establish best practices for lead handoff and follow-up.
Support CRM data quality and marketing automation initiatives through HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
