• Lead and execute the company's overall marketing and brand strategy.
• Drive awareness and market positioning across multiple business divisions and geographic regions.
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns that support business growth and client engagement.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, pursuit materials, pitch decks, and award submissions.
• Oversee marketing collateral, website updates, project profiles, photography, and digital content.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers, and marketing vendors.
• Support business development initiatives by strengthening brand visibility and market presence.
• Partner with senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout the organisation.
• Showcase completed projects and company capabilities through storytelling and content development.
• Track marketing performance and identify opportunities to enhance brand recognition.
• Manage and mentor an Assistant Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with operational leaders across residential, commercial, and service divisions.

• Strong understanding of brand development, content creation, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Experience producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
• Confident engaging with executives, clients, architects, consultants, and project teams.
• Experience managing vendors, creative partners, and marketing resources.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
• Relationship-focused and naturally outgoing with the ability to represent the business externally.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous.
• Backgrounds from luxury brands, interior design firms, architecture practices, or high-end residential construction environments are particularly appealing.
