Description

Marketing Director

Lead and execute the company's overall marketing and brand strategy. Drive awareness and market positioning across multiple business divisions and geographic regions. Develop and manage marketing campaigns that support business growth and client engagement. Create compelling proposals, presentations, pursuit materials, pitch decks, and award submissions. Oversee marketing collateral, website updates, project profiles, photography, and digital content. Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers, and marketing vendors. Support business development initiatives by strengthening brand visibility and market presence. Partner with senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout the organisation. Showcase completed projects and company capabilities through storytelling and content development. Track marketing performance and identify opportunities to enhance brand recognition. Manage and mentor an Assistant Marketing Manager. Collaborate with operational leaders across residential, commercial, and service divisions.

Proven marketing experience within construction, architecture, engineering, luxury residential, real estate, hospitality, design, or a related industry. Strong understanding of brand development, content creation, and strategic marketing initiatives. Experience producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and business development materials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling. Confident engaging with executives, clients, architects, consultants, and project teams. Experience managing vendors, creative partners, and marketing resources. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. Relationship-focused and naturally outgoing with the ability to represent the business externally. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Previous leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous. Backgrounds from luxury brands, interior design firms, architecture practices, or high-end residential construction environments are particularly appealing.
