Marketing ManagerSummary:As Marketing Manager, you will serve as the steward of the Kenworth of Louisiana, Southland PacLease, and Central Gulf Machinery brands, leading strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our presence across Louisiana and drive business growth across all three organizations. Working closely with executive leadership, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, support recruitment and employee retention efforts, and increase brand visibility across the diverse markets we serve. This role acts as a key liaison between operations, sales, and HR teams, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives. Ideal candidates are results-driven professionals who combine creativity, business acumen, and a passion for building meaningful connections that contribute to long-term organizational success.Essential Duties:• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, customer retention, brand   awareness, and business objectives.• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, web, events, and   community channels.• Strengthen brand consistency and customer experience across all locations, communications,   and touchpoints.• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO, local search   optimization, advertising, and performance analytics.• Create compelling content that showcases customer success, employee engagement, company culture, and community impact.• Partner with Operations, Sales, Service, Parts, HR, and Recruiting teams to align marketing   efforts with strategic priorities and growth opportunities.• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activity, and campaign performance to   identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.• Manage the marketing budget and external partners to maximize efficiency, quality, and return   on investment.• Support talent acquisition, employer branding, and workforce development through targeted   recruitment and engagement campaigns.• Plan and execute trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, employee engagement initiatives,   and community outreach programs.• Serve as a strategic liaison across departments, translating business objectives into   actionable marketing and communication plans.• Present campaign results, key performance indicators, strategic recommendations, and business   insights to leadership.• Other Duties as neededQualifications:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.• 4–7 years of marketing experience, preferably with experience managing campaigns, vendors,   budgets, or cross-functional projects.• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, email marketing, SEO, paid   advertising, and website management.• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, Microsoft 365,   project management platforms and design tools such as Canva or Adobe preferred.• Ability to write clearly, present confidently, manage competing priorities, and influence   across departments.Work Environment:In a professional office environment, employees routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, with frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling office equipment. Occasional standing and walking are required to communicate with different departments.Employees may need to lift and carry office supplies or small packages weighing up to 20 pounds. Good vision and clear hearing are essential for reading documents and effective communication. The work environment is typically climate-controlled, with occasional exposure to the busier dealership floor.This position is based in Southeast Louisiana and may be office-based in one of our locations in Houma, Harahan, Hammond, or Port Allen. The selected candidate is expected to primarily office from one of these locations.
