As the company continues to grow, they are looking for a creative, digitally savvy, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across retail stores, e-commerce, classes, events, and educational programs.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating marketing campaigns, working with a team, using data to make decisions, and seeing the results of their work.
What You'll DoMarketing Strategy- Develop marketing plans that support company growth and sales goals.
- Build and manage promotional and marketing calendars.
- Turn business goals into clear campaigns and marketing plans.
- Manage marketing priorities, budgets, and timelines.
Digital Marketing- Lead email marketing, social media, paid advertising, Google, SEO, and website marketing.
- Grow the company's online audience and customer base.
- Track campaign results and make improvements based on performance.
- Test new marketing ideas and channels to drive growth.
Content & Brand- Help shape the company's brand, messaging, and overall look.
- Oversee content for social media, email, website, video, print, signage, products, classes, and events.
- Make sure marketing is consistent while balancing brand awareness with sales-focused campaigns.
Website & E-Commerce- Improve website content, product pages, landing pages, and customer experience.
- Help increase website traffic, online sales, and e-commerce conversion.
- Use website and customer data to improve the customer journey.
Retail, Events & Vendor Marketing- Create marketing campaigns to drive traffic to stores, classes, events, and educational programs.
- Support product launches and promotional periods.
- Work with store teams, vendors, and partners on marketing programs and promotions.
- Take advantage of available vendor marketing and co-op opportunities.
Analytics & Budget- Track key marketing numbers and results.
- Measure email, social media, paid advertising, website, events, and promotional performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and provide leadership with clear updates and recommendations.
Team Leadership- Lead and develop the Marketing Assistant.
- Keep marketing projects organized and on schedule.
- Work closely with ownership, store leadership, vendors, and other team members.
- Make sure marketing projects are completed accurately and on time.
