Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Marketing Manager responsible for strategically managing marketing initiatives across Grimmway Produce Group’s major categories and brands to advance brand strategy, engagement, and key marketing priorities. This role translates business, category, and brand objectives into actionable marketing programs, establishes priorities and execution plans, and is accountable for delivering initiatives that strengthen our brands and support business growth. The Marketing Manager independently manages assigned initiatives from planning through execution, making decisions within established business and brand objectives to align priorities, coordinate resources, and drive results. The role exercises independent judgment in evaluating opportunities, addressing challenges, determining appropriate courses of action, and recommending solutions, while maintaining accountability for the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of assigned marketing initiatives. What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in marketing, brand or category marketing, event marketing, project management, or a related business function.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple marketing initiatives involving competing priorities, stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and stakeholders from planning through execution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite applications used to develop and maintain marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills necessary to evaluate information, communicate recommendations, and manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel, to support trade shows, customer events, meetings, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Total Rewards:            $71,000 - $87,000 / YEAR

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
