    Description

    Phoenix3 Collective is seeking a highly organized, creative, and execution-focused B2B Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will sit at the intersection of brand, marketing, and sales growth, helping translate strategy into high-quality marketing materials, campaigns, events, and sales tools across the Phoenix3 portfolio.

    The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects—from developing sales presentations and coordinating trade shows to executing HubSpot campaigns, managing direct mail lists, supporting digital and out-of-home advertising, and ensuring brand consistency across marketing materials.

    This position requires someone who is equally comfortable working in PowerPoint, managing a campaign in HubSpot, coordinating vendors for a trade show, reviewing a direct mail list, and making basic design updates to marketing collateral. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and understands the pace and demands of a growth-focused hospitality organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand & Sales Growth

    • Support the execution of marketing strategies designed to build brand awareness, strengthen market positioning, and generate sales opportunities across Phoenix3 Collective and its portfolio companies.
    • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to translate growth priorities into campaigns, collateral, presentations, events, and sales enablement tools.
    • Maintain brand consistency across presentations, collateral, digital assets, event materials, signage, and other customer-facing communications.
    • Develop and update sales presentations, pitch decks, capability materials, case studies, one-sheets, and other business development resources.
    • Adapt marketing materials for specific audiences, markets, sales opportunities, and campaigns while maintaining established brand standards.
    • Support multiple Phoenix3 brands simultaneously, understanding their individual positioning, audiences, and visual identities.

    Sales Enablement & PowerPoint

    • Develop polished, professional PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, proposals, capabilities presentations, conferences, and leadership needs.
    • Work with sales leaders to customize presentations and materials for prospects and strategic opportunities.
    • Maintain organized libraries of current sales and marketing assets to ensure teams have access to accurate, brand-approved materials.
    • Support rapid-turnaround sales requests while balancing longer-term marketing priorities.
    • Translate complex information into clear, visually compelling presentations and marketing materials.

    HubSpot & Campaign Execution

    • Build and execute marketing campaigns within HubSpot, including email campaigns, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, and related campaign assets.
    • Maintain contact lists and segmentation for targeted sales and marketing outreach.
    • Build, clean, segment, and manage lists for email campaigns, direct mail, event outreach, and targeted growth initiatives.
    • Coordinate campaign deployment and ensure appropriate tracking, follow-up, and alignment with Sales.
    • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.
    • Maintain strong CRM and marketing data hygiene.

    Trade Shows & Event Management

    • Coordinate Phoenix3 participation in trade shows, conferences, client events, sales events, and other industry activations.
    • Manage event timelines, registrations, sponsorship deliverables, booth requirements, shipping, signage, collateral, promotional items, vendors, and onsite logistics.
    • Coordinate pre-event marketing, attendee and prospect lists, invitations, direct mail, sales outreach, and post-event follow-up.
    • Support booth concepts and experiential activations that effectively represent each brand and create meaningful engagement.
    • Coordinate dinners, receptions, meetings, hospitality experiences, and other supporting events associated with conferences and sales initiatives.
    • Travel to select events as needed to support setup, execution, and onsite coordination.

    Digital, Out-of-Home & Integrated Marketing

    • Support execution of integrated campaigns across email, web, social media, digital advertising, direct mail, and out-of-home channels.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
    • Maintain functional knowledge of digital marketing channels and understand how they work together within broader awareness and lead-generation strategies.
    • Support out-of-home initiatives including billboards, transportation advertising, event-area media, and other targeted placements.
    • Assist with campaign reporting and the organization of performance metrics to inform future marketing decisions.

    Creative & Production Support

    • Provide basic design and production support for marketing materials using established templates and brand standards.
    • Create or modify presentations, one-sheets, signage, event materials, email graphics, social assets, and other routine marketing materials.
    • Coordinate with designers, printers, promotional vendors, agencies, photographers, and other external partners when more specialized production is required.
    • Review materials for brand consistency, accuracy, quality, and readiness for production.
    • Manage print and production projects from initial specifications through final delivery.

    Project Management & Marketing Operations

    • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously across brands, sales teams, campaigns, and events.
    • Develop and maintain project timelines, task lists, production schedules, and deliverable trackers.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to keep projects moving and deadlines on track.
    • Prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment where needs and deadlines can shift quickly.
    • Maintain organized marketing files, asset libraries, campaign materials, vendor information, and project documentation.
    • Support additional marketing initiatives as business priorities evolve.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, sales enablement, marketing operations, or related roles.
    • Experience within contract foodservice, hospitality, dining services, senior living, healthcare, corporate dining, or a related B2B service industry strongly preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to develop polished, visually compelling business and sales presentations.
    • Working proficiency in HubSpot, including email marketing, contact lists, segmentation, landing pages, forms, and campaign management.
    • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines.
    • Functional understanding of digital marketing, email, social media, direct mail, and out-of-home advertising channels.
    • Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and corporate or client events.
    • Experience developing, cleaning, segmenting, and managing prospect and direct mail lists.
    • Basic graphic design capabilities and a strong eye for layout, typography, brand consistency, and visual presentation.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working directly with Sales, Operations, executives, agencies, vendors, and other cross-functional partners.
    • Highly organized, resourceful, and able to shift between strategic projects and hands-on execution.
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, events, meetings, and other business needs.
