Role Overview:
We’re looking for an outgoing, people-oriented Marketing Liaison to help represent our agency within the local community. This part-time role focuses on community outreach, event planning, and event execution for our State Farm offices located in Broad Ripple and Carmel.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being involved in community events, and creating connections in a fun, social environment. The role pairs especially well with someone working in hospitality, serving, bartending, retail, or another customer-facing position, looking for flexible supplemental income.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with planning and coordinating local community events
- Represent the agency at local events and community activities
- Engage with event attendees and collect prospective customer information
- Support marketing and outreach efforts for the agency
- Help with event setup, organization, and execution
- Track and organize leads generated through events
Required Qualifications:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with the public
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Positive attitude and professional presence
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in hospitality, serving, bartending, retail, or customer service
- Event planning or community involvement experience
- Social media experience is a plus
