Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Why MET

MET Manufacturing Group has been making precision components in Mishawaka, Indiana since 1988. Our work includes photochemical etching and water jet cutting. We are bringing our marketing in-house and looking for a strong candidate to take the job.

The Role

You will decide how MET shows up on LinkedIn and YouTube, and you will create the photos and video that show our shop floor. You will also find the companies and decision-makers that need what we make, start the conversation, and hand qualified leads to our sales team.

You will report to our VP of Sales & Marketing and work with every department on the floor. The work is mostly marketing, and sales stays with the sales team. You will have regular check-ins in your first 90 days, then run with your own priorities. If you want marketing that is tied to real parts, real people, and real sales leads, this is a role where you can see your work move the business.

What You Will Do

• Build and grow MET's LinkedIn presence and YouTube channel.
• Own the content calendar by planning, creating, and publishing posts.
• Photograph and film our facility, equipment, projects, and people, including day-to-day work on the shop floor.
• Build and run targeted email and LinkedIn outreach that brings new prospects to MET.
• Monitor Google Ads and Google Analytics and recommend changes based on results.
• Research target companies and decision-makers and keep organized records in our tracking system (HubSpot CRM, currently being built out).
• Make the first contact with prospects who show interest and follow up as needed.
• Hand qualified leads to Sales with the research and context they need. Sales handles quoting, pricing, and closing.

What You Bring

Required

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and lead generation.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn and social media for business.
• Experience shooting and editing photo and video with a phone or camera.
• Clear business writing, shown through writing samples.
• Ability to research companies and decision-makers and keep organized records.
• Professional communication skills for outreach to business contacts.
• Dependable, self-directed, and flexible learner with a default for action rather than waiting for detailed instruction.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience marketing to business or industrial buyers.
• Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn targeted marketing or Sales Navigator experience.
• YouTube channel growth experience.
• HubSpot or other CRM experience.
• Targeted email prospecting, inside sales, or lead qualification experience.

Where You Will Work

Onsite at MET Manufacturing Group in Mishawaka, Indiana, with limited travel to trade shows and local events.

Pay and Benefits

$65,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.
