Position: Marketing & Growth Coordinator (Part Time) Firm: Gregory Financial Location: Springfield, MO Overview: Gregory Financial is looking for a proactive, organized marketing professional who can turn ideas into action. This is not a full-time Marketing Director’s role, and it is not a generic social-media position. The focus is practical execution: keeping recurring campaigns moving, supporting a polished prospect and client experience, and helping us build repeatable growth initiatives The Marketing & Growth Coordinator role is a flexible, very part-time role for a self-starter who can keep good marketing ideas moving and help Gregory Financial stay consistently visible, polished, and connected with clients and prospects. What You’ll Do: - Keep a rotating marketing calendar moving: so key services are continually communicated rather than promoted once and forgotten.
- Coordinate recurring campaigns: for retirement planning, long-term-care planning, Medicare, estate planning, fixed-interest and annuity opportunities, and life-insurance/premium-financing strategies.
- Support digital advertising: including Facebook and Instagram campaigns, and coordinate outside resources when specialized ad-buying or production help is needed.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude: to help create marketing copy, client communications, campaign ideas, reusable prompts, and simple repeatable workflows.
- Help create an exceptional prospect and new-client experience: with pre-appointment communications, welcome touches, post-meeting thank-yous, follow-up reminders, and professional onboarding communication.
- Develop employer and retiree outreach: to help Gregory Financial get in front of employees, retirees, HR departments, and retirement-age populations at major Springfield-area employers and similar organizations.
- Support marketing of Gregory Financials' planning approach: across Retirement Income, Investment Planning, Tax Planning, Medicare & Healthcare Planning, and Estate & Legacy Planning.
- Coordinate materials through applicable compliance review: and work with staff to help ensure timely, professional follow-up.
What We’re Looking For: - Experience with marketing, digital advertising, email marketing, Canva, AI tools, social media, or financial services is helpful, but expertise in every area is not required
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong writing, communication, organization, and follow-through skills are important.
- The right person should be comfortable working independently while collaborating regularly with Gregory Financial staff
Growth Path
This role is designed to grow with the firm, with additional opportunities available. Pay, Perks, & Schedule: - Approximately 6-10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule with regular collaboration in Springfield
- Approximately $500-$800 per month depending on experience, scope and agreed responsibilities
- Initial 90-day arrangement with the opportunity to expand responsibilities and compensation if the role produces measurable value
- Gregory Financial covers advertising and campaign expenses separately
