ABOUT THE ROLE

Anatomage is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing and Events Coordinator to manage the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of our trade shows and exhibition initiatives. In this role, you will lead project management, handle travel and resource coordination, track budgets, and direct targeted marketing campaigns to maximize event success.

As a primary liaison, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Production, and Application teams to ensure seamless cross-departmental execution. This is an ideal role for an organized, proactive communicator with 1-2 years of event planning experience, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position is HYBRID; you'll be working 4 days per week onsite at our HQ, now located on Zanker Rd, San Jose, CA 95134, and 1 day remotely. Local candidates preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO | Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities
• Organizes marketing activities to promote events
• Manages event schedule and coordinates resources and travel required for event
• Receives and responds to questions and concerns from event attendees
• Creates new events and manages activities for events
• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and staff training
• Coordinates and plans logistics for events
• Manages event schedule and coordinates travel
• Organizes and orders necessary marketing materials for events
• Tracks and reports on event spending and budgeting
• Cross-department collaboration between accounting, application, marketing, and production
• Assist sales, marketing, production, accounting, and application teams with projects as directed
