MARKETING & EVENTS COORDINATOR
 
Reports To:                   Senior Director of Community Engagement
Position Purpose:         Coordinates all internal and external marketing activities and events
 
 
Functions:
  • Work strategically and collaboratively with the Senior Director of Community Engagement and the Admissions Director to enhance community and public relations among parents, prospective families, donors, alumni, and the community at large
  • Serve as liaison to Marketing Agency to:
    • Ensure SEO optimization
    • Review effectiveness of ads/campaigns
    • Approve ads, landing pages, email campaigns, workflows
    • Participate in strategic sessions
    • Provide campaign assets in a timely manner
    • Manage and maintain branding to ensure consistency
  • Work closely with the leadership team and staff to promote events and accomplishments
  • Manage the website to ensure the messages and quality are current, consistent with the school’s image, and support the overall communications strategy of the school
  • Develop and execute a plan and calendar for communicating events, stories, and messages
  • Take photos or videos of school events and activities as needed for print and digital material
  • Schedule and manage logistics for all facility rentals
  • Plan and implement a social media calendar to ensure best practices and campaign alignment with the school’s content calendar.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Social Media Management, or equivalent preferred
  • Agree with the Statement of Faith
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience required
  • Event coordination and planning experience required
  • Experience producing content for social media and websites, including photography, graphics, and simple videography
  • Task-oriented, detailed, and strategically focused
  • Able to write in a clear, concise, and engaging way
