Marketing Director for Personal Injury Law Firm

Pay: $65,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)

Sedaghat Law Group, APC is a growing personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for our clients. We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Director to own and grow our marketing strategy — from campaign planning to execution, analytics, and brand management. This role is in-office and ideal for someone who thrives at both big-picture strategy and hands-on implementation.

Responsibilities:

  •  Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and traditional media (TV, radio, print, billboards) 
  •  Manage advertising budgets and track ROI for all campaigns 
  •  Develop and execute social media content calendars, create posts, graphics, and short-form videos 
  •  Monitor engagement, respond to messages/reviews, and grow social media presence 
  •  Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (ad spend, cost per lead, conversions, website traffic, social engagement) 
  •  Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials 
  •  Manage website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and online listings 
  •  Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communications 
  •  Coordinate PR efforts, press releases, and community outreach as needed 
Qualifications:

  •  2–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment 
  •  Proven success managing paid advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels 
  •  Experience managing social media for a brand/business, with portfolio or examples of past work 
  •  Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite) 
  •  Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategy 
  •  Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills 
  •  Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects 
  •  Familiarity with legal marketing ethics and advertising rules is a plus 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
