Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to serve as Director, Global Product Management (GPM) for Hologic's Cytology and Digital Pathology portfolio, including the Genius Digital Diagnostics System, AI-powered diagnostic algorithms, Cytology Instrumentation, and ThinPrep Consumables. This role is responsible for defining and driving global portfolio strategy, long-range business planning, and investment priorities across a multi-platform diagnostics franchise.
As a key member of the Diagnostic GPM leadership team, the Director will shape portfolio direction, influence enterprise strategy, and drive sustainable growth through innovation, market expansion, and customer-centric solutions for the Cytology and Digital Pathology portfolio. This leader will oversee a team of global product managers while partnering closely with executive leadership, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, and Operations teams to maximize portfolio.

Key Qualifications
Experience:
12 plus years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles within diagnostics, pathology (cytology and/or histology), life sciences, or medical technology
5 plus years of leadership experience, managing a team of professional level direct reports.
Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive meaningful revenue growth, market expansion, and business transformation
Proven track record of effectively navigating and developing productive relationships across functions and levels of the organization, including senior leadership teams
Demonstrated experience managing complex global portfolio and execution across hardware, software, and algorithm development teams
In depth knowledge of cytology and/or histology diagnostic laboratory instrumentation, workflow, and customer segments preferred
Experience leading inputs software solution development, customer release schedules and implementing pricing models.
Strong leadership skills, business and financial acumen are required
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) preferred.

The total compensation range for this role is $151,200 - $268,00. This is based on a base salary and commission plan combination. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, territory/ geography, education, business needs, market demand and performance versus quota.
