A growing uro-oncology diagnostics company is seeking a Marketing Director to lead strategy for a newly acquired biomarker portfolio: physician adoption, market access, and launch, built from scratch.

What you'll be doing
- Build annual marketing plans, positioning, and messaging for the biomarker portfolio
- Lead launch readiness: milestones, targeting, message testing, and KPI tracking
- Analyze physician utilization and market trends to guide decisions
- Partner with Medical Affairs to translate evidence into physician-facing materials
- Support Sales enablement and Market Access reimbursement messaging
- Engage KOLs and physician societies to build awareness
About you
- Be able to do the job as described
- 8-12 years commercial marketing experience in molecular diagnostics, medical devices, pharma, or precision medicine, including field sales
- Direct experience in urology, oncology, or bladder cancer
- Medicare reimbursement, LCD, and diagnostic coding experience
- Physician society relationships (AUA, SUO) and European team experience
