    Description

    Marketing Director

    Why You’ll Actually Care

This is not a traditional Marketing Director role, and this is definitely not a traditional corporate environment.

You’ll be joining a growing, design-driven consumer products company whose products reach customers through major retail, ecommerce, and direct-to-consumer channels. It’s a highly visual, product-focused business where new ideas, collections, and launches are constantly moving from concept to market.

The culture is a big part of the story. People genuinely enjoy working together, there is a ton of energy around the business, and the company invests heavily in its people, including outside trainers and development opportunities. This is an onsite culture by design. The right person will want to be there, close to the team, the products, and the creative energy of the business.

You’ll own the broader marketing strategy across Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Brand Messaging/Copywriting, working closely with Sales, Product, Ecommerce, and Creative to shape how products go to market and where the brand goes next.

You’ll have room to think strategically without becoming removed from the work. If you enjoy developing a great team, bringing new ideas to the business, and still rolling up your sleeves when needed, this could be a lot of fun.
