Position Summary
The Marketing / Culture Specialist works to establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders and target populations to increase awareness of programs, services and resources offered by Hamilton Center, Inc. The position serves as a liaison between the organization and the community, conducting outreach activities, presentations and educational events to promote engagement, participation, and access to services. The position helps support the philosophy, policies, procedures, systems and strategic goals set forth by the leadership team.
This position also helps with promoting, strengthening, and sustaining a positive organizational culture that aligns with mission, vision, and values. This position works collaboratively with leadership, Human Resources, and staff to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, inclusion, communication, recognition, and overall workplace experience.

Work Environment
Staff should report to their designated HCI office each day and are expected to complete paperwork, computer work etc. in office. Some job-related activities are performed in the community. Travel within Hamilton Center''s service area is expected. Evening and weekend hours are worked as Center and civic events are scheduled. Professional attire must be worn during working hours. Stressful situations present themselves regarding deadlines and commitments.
