    We're looking for a storyteller who's just as comfortable inside a product's technical guts as they are shaping the narrative that sells it. As Corporate & Technical Writer, you'll be the voice behind our documentation, marketing content, and thought-leadership pieces, translating complex, emerging technology into content that lands with executive, engineers, and our ever growing customer base. 

    What You'll Do 

    You'll be the connective tissue between what our products do and how the world understands them. This isn't just about clear sentences, it's about being the translator who turns deep technical and business complexity into content that builds trust and drives action. 

    Technical Documentation 

    • Own the creation and upkeep of user guides, release notes, and how-to content across product lines, working directly with remote product managers and subject matter experts 

    • Devise clear, user-centric approaches to new content that reflect the brand's voice while staying technically accurate 

    • Deliver documentation on launch schedules, iterating with SMEs as products evolve 

    Content & Copywriting 

    • Research and write feature articles, white papers, case studies, and explainer content spanning consumer, enterprise/IT, and emerging-technology audiences 

    • Conduct interviews with internal experts and industry executives to source original, credible content 

    • Turn highly technical discussions into engaging pieces that are easily understood by broad audiences 

    Cross-Functional Collaboration 

    • Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to keep messaging consistent across every touchpoint 

    • Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously without missing deadlines or dropping quality 

    • Stay ahead of new technologies—AI, and beyond—well before they hit the mainstream 

    What You Bring 

    Experience 

    • 7-8+ years of professional writing experience spanning technical documentation, journalism, or marketing content 

    • A portfolio of published work across print and/or online outlets in a technology-related field 

    • Track record producing content for major product launches, brand campaigns, or PR initiatives 

    • Experience working with remote teams and subject matter experts to translate technical detail into finished content- including white papers, product briefs, blogs, social content 

    Skills 

    • Exceptional writing and editing ability, with range across technical, journalistic, and marketing tones 

    • Strong research skills and comfort with unfamiliar, fast-moving technical subject matter 

    • Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent projects 

    • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable owning content from concept to publication 

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field 

    Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $115,800 annually.
    Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs
