About the role:

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator on TQL's Marketing team, you will help shape the day-to-day experience at TQL Headquarters. As one of the first points of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and guests, you'll create a welcoming, professional environment while supporting front desk operations, customer visits, office logistics, new hire preparation, internal communications, and Workplace Experience projects. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, service-minded, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate customer visit logistics, including conference room setup and breakdown, food and beverage arrangements, visitor materials, swag distribution, and overall visit readiness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment by proactively identifying and resolving facility, maintenance, hospitality, and presentation issues through vendor coordination, internal partnerships, and hands-on support as needed
• Prepare workstations and onboarding materials for new hires, ensuring employees have a positive and seamless first-day experience
• Provide expense-related support for the Workplace Experience team
• Support internal communications through digital and physical channels, including employee messaging, signage, calendars, and company-wide communication initiatives
• Provide front desk and reception support, including visitor assistance, phone coverage, mail and delivery coordination, and maintaining a professional lobby environment

What you need:

• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, or sales preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High energy with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a multitasking, fast paced environment
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
• Solve problems and approaching challenges with a critical thinking mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and schedules
