    Pay Rate: $21.00 an hour

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answer guest inquiries regarding marketed offers and communications applying discretion while adhering to property goals and policies when determining appropriate corrective action
    • Maintain integrity and accuracy of various databases in order to increase efficiency and success of guest contact 
    • Manage treatment and affective administration of returned mail
    • Prepare ongoing analysis reports focusing on the system or program integrity
    • Manage a series of guest correspondence initiatives
    • Provide support for market analysis initiatives
    • Work in Island Passport, Hotel and/or Call Center as scheduled (must meet or exceed expectations for each position while in the role)

    KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Required Knowledge and Certification:

    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
    • 2-year degree in Business Administration or related field and 4-year previous Marketing or Promotions experience; or a combination of equivalent experience and/or education

    Preferred Knowledge and Certification:

    • 1-year experience with media placement, market research or direct mail marketing
    • Knowledge of continuity programs within casino operations
    • Experience with database systems or other gaming-related computer systems

    Required Skills:

    • Accurate and detail-oriented
    • Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    • Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Must be able to walk and / or stand and sit for long periods throughout the day
    • Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel
    • Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects occasionally
    • Must have the ability to independently lift up to 5 pounds infrequently
    • Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
    • Must have good eye hand coordination
