    MARKETING COORDINATOR
    Sacramento, CA | Full Time |  $72,000 to $85,000

    We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for our Sacramento and Boise offices. This role includes proposals, collateral, social media, and events, making it a great fit for an organized self-starter who enjoys variety and managing multiple priorities.
     
    What You'll Do
    Collateral
    • Maintain and organize the content library, including project sheets, market brochures, resumes and boilerplate materials
    • Assist with preparation of marketing collateral, client pre-qualifications, qualifications, and proposal packages
    • Monitor qualification and proposal criteria to ensure responses are fully compliant
    • Maintain the schedule and tracking for qualifications and proposals
    • Coordinate production and on-time delivery of qualification and proposal packages
    • Support the annual update of national client prequalification information
    • Prepare and assemble written and visual information for client presentations
    • Assist with award submittals and industry benchmark surveys
    • Create and order business cards for new hires, reorders, and promotions
    • Prepare AIA A305 requests for all offices
    Communication
    • Create and manage quarterly internal staff newsletters
    • Create and manage annual internal and external year-end newsletters
    • Manage and create the Deacon Charitable Foundation annual report
    • Assist Business Development with email marketing pieces
    Digital Marketing
    • Manage the social media program and oversee analytics
    • Prepare social media content and project highlights with the marketing team
    • Manage website updates and create new pages as directed
    • Monitor website analytics and share key findings with Marketing and leadership
    Data and Events
    • Update and maintain the Marketing CRM (Unanet or Cosential) and the BD CRM (Dynamics), as needed
    • Organize and archive Marketing SharePoint files and update office lobby slideshows
    • Coordinate conference booths, event sponsorships, and golf tournament registrations
    • Support external industry events, client engagement efforts, and company special events
    • Coordinate photography for projects and staff headshots, and support annual client gifting
    What You Bring
    • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, graphic design, or a related field
    • Three or more years of professional services marketing experience
    • A/E/C industry experience is desirable, but not required
    • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with CRM programs, websites, and email marketing tools is a plus
