What You Will Do
We are seeking an impactful Marketing Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting all marketing efforts for Dermalogica’s Professional Channel. You will contribute and enhance existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to field team, providing detailed instructions for effective usage and promotion.
- Manage assets and collaterals using the Exfluential platform to ensure organized and accessible marketing materials.
- Manage the email communication calendar by collaborating with all relevant teams using Klaviyo platform to ensure timely and cohesive messaging.
- Oversee the inventory and directory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and coordinate the creation of new materials as necessary.
- Assist in the ongoing updates and maintenance of the company website to ensure content accuracy and freshness.
- Facilitate monthly marketing initiatives, including promotions, product launches, and programs by creating assets, coordinating internal and external communications, managing inventory, and handling set up requirements.
- Organize and support trade shows, conferences, corporate events and meetings by managing logistical requirements, developing schedules, and coordinating team assignments.
- Compile market research, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for promotions, including special offers and promotional merchandise, to enhance marketing efforts.
- Provide essential administrative support, including budget management, invoicing, and creative brief input.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in a community management, social media, or influencer marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications; affinity for the professional skincare audience strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of independence and resilience.
- Strong interpersonal skills; flexible and adaptable to change.
- Proactive self-starter with a high degree of initiative and independent thinking.
- Strong project management skills; ability to think critically and creatively.
- Analytical, passionate, and innovative, with comfort using data to guide outreach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Positive attitude with an excitement for learning and openness to new experiences and challenges.
- Proficient use of Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and related software skills
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Must be comfortable with hybrid schedule of 2-3 days a week in the Carson office.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected base hourly pay rate range is $24 to $26 per hour. The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
