Success in this role means delivering polished, accurate, and visually compelling marketing content that supports business growth and client engagement.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and interview presentationsCoordinate proposal efforts including scheduling, content development, and compliance with submission requirementsWrite and edit proposal narratives, project descriptions, and team resumesCreate and format graphics, charts, and visual elements using Adobe Creative CloudAssist in producing marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and project sheetsCoordinate with project teams to gather project data, photography, and technical informationMaintain and organize marketing resources, including content libraries and project informationAssist with award submissions, client events, and community outreach initiativesSupport internal communications and ensure brand consistency across all materialsProvide support during proposal deadlines and interview preparation as neededRequirements3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the AEC or professional services industryBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferredExperience supporting proposal and presentation developmentProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Photoshop and Illustrator preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)Experience with CRM or marketing database platforms preferredStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and eye for layout, formatting, and visual presentationSoft SkillsPositive, team-oriented mindsetStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to take ownership and follow through on deliverablesComfortable working collaboratively across teams and officesProactive approach with a willingness to learn and growSalaryCompetitive compensation based on experienceLocationPhoenix, Arizona, Primarily in-office with collaboration across teams and project pursuitsBenefitsCompetitive benefits package with opportunities for career development and growth within the construction marketing space.#J-18808-Ljbffr
