    Description

    Sletten Construction Company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This position involves supporting offices in the western United States with the Preconstruction Division from the Las Vegas office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate to create proposals and presentations in the AEC industry based on the Requests for Proposals from clients.
    • Manage quality control process to ensure all proposal requirements and specifications are met and that edits are addressed.
    • Compose proposal content including project descriptions, resumes of key staff, and other information needed to appropriately and concisely respond to evaluation criteria.
    • Use creative tools and software to develop various marketing deliverables such as brochures, event flyers, advertisements, videos, and e-mail newsletters.
    • Manage small, fast-paced marketing projects
    • Maintain efficiency and quality results by using established templates; review marketing drafts for quality and accuracy.
    • Manage and maintain company qualifications and proposal-related content, such as resumes, project descriptions, photos, and licenses.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Marketing or Graphic Design degree from accredited university or college.
    • 2+ years of Experience in InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience in graphic design and layout design
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to shift priorities frequently.
    • Self-motivated, with ability to deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
    • 1+ years working in an AEC firm

    Samples of work will be required as part of the interview process.
