Marketing Coordinator

MAIA is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for creating, writing and developing marketing materials that promote the associations products, services, events and educational programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a keen eye for design and a passion for supporting organizational growth through effective marketing.

Salary Range: $37000.00 - $52000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Total compensation: $37,000 - $52,000; includes base salary of $37,000 - $47,000 plus potential for incentive bonuses

Annual cost-of-living and performance-based raises, with the possibility of additional mid-year performance increases

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement marketing plans for MAIA products and services, including conferences, education programs, insurance products, membership and others.
• Compile, design and produce association publications.
• Create marketing materials for education, events, and association products and services.
• Design, write and distribute marketing emails that promote MAIA initiatives and drive engagement.
• Help maintain the MAIA website to ensure information is accurate, current and aligned with organizational goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Must be proficient with Adobe Suite (particularly InDesign and Acrobat)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Constant Contact, QR codes, Smartsheet, GoToWebinar and website editing a plus
