Pay Rate: $30.00–$32.00/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week | Hybrid – 3 days onsite, with flexibility based on meetings

Overview
Join the Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products Franchise Management & Marketing team supporting the DC brand, including Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Justice League, DC Super Friends, and Batwheels.
This role supports the execution of franchise strategies, marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives for theatrical releases, television properties, and annual brand priorities. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, retailers, and global licensees across Toys, Fashion, Home, and Accessories.
Responsibilities
- Review, route, and approve licensee and retailer marketing submissions for assigned DC properties and franchises.
- Develop franchise presentation decks, pitch materials, sizzle video assets, and licensee guidelines using PowerPoint.
- Support go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives for major theatrical releases, television properties, and core DC franchises.
- Coordinate marketing asset approvals with internal teams, including Legal, Brand Assurance, Talent, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain Brand Assurance guidelines and communicate updates to cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Manage the comics re-use clearance process for Global Consumer Products, securing approvals for the use of DC comic artwork across products and marketing campaigns.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for brand-related questions and product development inquiries.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on collaborative DC brand projects.
- Assist with social media content calendars across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Gather competitive, industry, consumer, and market trend information to support franchise and character positioning strategies.
- Compile monthly content updates for the Franchise Newsletter.
- Maintain strong communication and working relationships with internal stakeholders, global licensees, retailers, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
- 3+ years of experience using PowerPoint to transform data, concepts, and creative ideas into polished presentations for external stakeholders.
- 3+ years of strong written and verbal communication experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience or strong working knowledge of the consumer products and entertainment industries.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and approval processes simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, consumer trends, emerging technology, and brand licensing preferred.
- Experience with Keynote, Photoshop, or Illustrator preferred.
- 2+ years of entertainment industry and/or franchise management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the DC brand and its franchises strongly preferred.
Education
- No specific degree required.
- Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred.
