Marketing Coordinator

We are a professional staffing firm working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a growing boutique commercial litigation firm in Coral Gables, FL.

This is not a traditional marketing support position. The firm is seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing professional who can help strengthen its brand, expand attorney business-development efforts, modernize its digital and AI search strategy, and build scalable marketing processes to support continued growth. The firm consists of approximately 20 attorneys, represents prominent clients throughout the United States and Latin America, and has ambitious growth plans. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with attorneys and firm leadership while independently driving initiatives from strategy through execution.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Brand, Content & Digital Marketing

• Refine firm positioning, messaging, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to develop and distribute content across the firm's website, social media, legal directories, and targeted advertising channels.
• Maintain consistent branding across digital content, attorney materials, email signatures, business cards, and other firm communications.
• Help identify opportunities to strengthen the firm's visibility with clients and target markets.

AI Search & Digital Optimization

• Help lead the firm's transition from traditional SEO toward AI search and generative search optimization.
• Partner with web development and hosting vendors to update website content and positioning within the first 90 days.
• Establish a process for reviewing and optimizing digital content on a quarterly basis.
• Stay informed about evolving AI tools and their application to marketing, search visibility, content, and business development.

Attorney Business Development

• Work directly with the firm's 'rainmaker' attorneys to develop detailed networking and business-development plans designed to generate meetings, new clients, and new matters.
• Build a repeatable methodology that can eventually support significantly more attorneys across junior, mid-career, and senior levels.
• Coach and support attorneys who need greater structure around networking and business development.
• Help identify relevant conferences, conventions, CLE programs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

CRM & Marketing Technology

• Help ensure CRM tools are configured to support attorney networking and business-development activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate activity capture and reduce dependence on attorneys manually reporting outreach.
• Maintain organized marketing and business-development information that allows the firm to track activity and follow-up effectively.

RFPs, Directories & Rankings

• Coordinate responses to client RFPs, including opportunities from corporate legal departments and Fortune 500 organizations.
• Draft initial RFP content for attorney review, coordinate revisions, finalize submissions, and track each opportunity through completion.
• Research relevant legal directories, attorney rankings, awards, and recognition opportunities.
• Evaluate both paid and earned opportunities that can increase visibility for the firm and its attorneys.

Marketing Administration & Firm Events

• Maintain attorney information with applicable State Bar Associations, including legal education and seminar activity.
• Coordinate the firm's annual client gifting program, including personalized gifts for key clients.
• Organize the firm's holiday party and support other firm events.
• Coordinate business cards, branded materials, Outlook signatures, and other marketing-related administrative needs.
• Perform additional marketing and business-development duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

Qualified candidates should bring:

• 2+ years of professional marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of projects rather than exclusively administrative support.
• Experience with digital marketing, content, social media, branding, and marketing communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally with attorneys, executives, clients, and outside vendors.
• Experience using AI software or AI-enabled marketing tools and an interest in emerging AI search strategies.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent project-management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, including professional communication.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Coral Gables, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Highly Preferred

• Previous marketing or business-development experience within a law firm, professional-services firm, consulting firm, financial-services organization, or similarly sophisticated client-service environment.
• Experience working directly with attorneys, partners, executives, or other senior professionals.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
• Exposure to legal directories, rankings, RFPs, proposals, or professional-services business development.
• Experience coordinating conferences, networking events, sponsorships, or client-development initiatives.
• Familiarity with SEO, AI search optimization, website content strategy, and digital analytics.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The strongest candidate will be more than a social media or marketing administrative coordinator. You should be comfortable taking an idea from concept through execution, working directly with senior attorneys, managing outside vendors, and creating processes that can scale as the firm grows.

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000 - $80,000/yr

Compensation will be based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and overall fit. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.
