Business Development: Partner with "rainmaker" attorneys to create scalable networking strategies and use this methodology to coach other attorneys in business development.

 We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Marketing Coordinator opportunity with a growing boutique commercial litigation firm located in Coral Gables, FL. In this role, you will lead marketing strategy and execution for a dynamic, 20-attorney practice with aggressive growth plans and prominent clients across the US and Latin America.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include: 

• Brand & Content: Refine brand messaging and oversee vendors to distribute content across social media, websites, and directories.
• Business Development: Partner with "rainmaker" attorneys to create scalable networking strategies and use this methodology to coach other attorneys in business development.
• CRM Automation: Configure CRM tools to automatically track networking efforts without requiring manual entry from attorneys.
• AI SEO Strategy: Lead the firm's transition to AI search optimization, updating web content within 90 days and maintaining a quarterly refresh strategy.
• Events & Directories: Research and secure attorney participation in strategic industry events, conferences, and both paid and organic directory rankings.
• RFP Management: Oversee the end-to-end RFP process for Fortune 500 clients, including drafting, coordinating attorney review, submitting, and tracking progress.

Administration Duties:

• Ensure the State Bar Associations are updated on the Attorneys in the Firm that conduct legal education seminars.
• Assist with the Annual gifting program and order personalized gifts for the attorneys' top clients and ensure they are sent appropriately.
• Organize the holiday party, order business cards, work with all the staff so their Outlook signatures follow our branding guidelines, etc.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Bilingual/Spanish.
• Experience with AI software.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Law firm or relevant professional industry experience.

Pay Rate Range: $60,000 - $80,000 for salaried position.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
