IMS Care Center is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Cardiology service line. This person will be the primary connection between referring partners as a marketing person responsible for building relationships between physicians' offices and our cardiology service line to increase the number of referrals to our facility for treatment and care. This person will serve as a representative of the cardiology department and bridge the communication between referring doctors and Cardiology physicians. To be successful, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. You should also be willing to travel to complete your duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategic plan and execution tactics in collaboration with practice manager and physician leaders for all medical marketing communications and activities across multiple channels including direct to consumer, healthcare professionals, providers, payers and influencers
  • Surveying local primary and specialty physicians to increase the number of patient referrals to the cardiology service line
  • Helping build and maintain relationships with referring providers
  • Act as liaison with firms that produce and distribute public relations materials, advertising and marketing collateral
  • Growing physician referrals and connecting our facility with the local healthcare community
  • Plan and implement to ensure that strategic messages are communicated effectively. Plan and implement aggressive testing plans with closed loop reporting and analytics leading to actionable insights
  • Take responsibility for driving go-to-market tactics, meeting or exceeding acquisition-related performance goals based on key performance metrics around order volume, revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Meeting with referring doctors to discuss patient care, referrals, new treatments, and existing referrals
  • Increasing high revenue procedures and surgeries
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports regarding marketing progress to identify trends and reporting out to Practice Manager, Director, and Providers
  • Reporting progress in building referrals and managing practitioner relationships. Ability to provide data and reports
  • Arranging and leading marketing campaigns and awareness efforts
  • Devise a relevant, executable messaging and communications strategy that speaks to both the division’s existing segments as well as exploits new untapped segments or sub-segments
  • Work within the approved budget for the division
  • Scheduling lunch and learn session if needed and looking for opportunities to increase awareness
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities within scope of the role as assigned

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong interpersonal communication, public speaking, and organizational skills
  • Healthcare field experience
  • High enthusiasm, creativity and desire to work on an innovative team
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform in a team-oriented environment and comfortable leading projects to completion
  • Ability to learn and communicate services and treatment offerings, and general medical field knowledge
  • Willingness to travel

Required Education:

  • GED or High school graduate
  • Degree in Marketing Business Administration, or Public Relations preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the medical field required
  • Experience in Healthcare marketing preferred
