At H&H, you'll join a firm that is building on its legacy by aligning expertise, expanding opportunity, and positioning itself for long‑term, sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesAssume responsibility for proposal production and coordination as assignedEstablish and manage proposal schedules and compliance checklistsLead local proposal development, review and debrief meetingsAssist on large pursuits, including national top pursuitsLead development of targeted messaging, win themes and differentiatorsResearch relevant staff qualifications, firm experience and proposalsDevelop, organize and maintain a database of materials necessary for proposal submissionDevelop and maintain regional proposal resources, including resumes and project descriptionsDevelop, organize, and standardize materials necessary for presentationsFrequently monitor websites for the advertisement of new solicitationsUpkeep and submission of prequalification packagesBusiness DevelopmentSupport client management programs, industry involvement, and other business development efforts as neededMaintain awareness of all current and future solicitations from clients within an assigned regionMaintain company database (Vision) opportunities, clients, and contactsRequirementsAssociate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university3+ years of proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry (strongly preferred)Solid grasp of writing and editing best practices and ability to complete work assignments independentlyCuriosity and desire to learn about the engineering industry and participate in continuing education/trainingAbility to work with a diverse team of marketing professionals in a highly collaborative group environmentFamiliarity with SF330, SF255, and other state or federal form requirements (preferred)Experience with Microsoft Office and InDesign; knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)BenefitsSalary commensurate with experience.Salary range for NY, NJ, CO applicants: $70,000–$90,000 annually.We offer a professional work environment, a competitive salary, benefits package and 401(k).EOE M/F/DISABILITY/VETS#J-18808-Ljbffr
