DescriptionINTERA Incorporated is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Austin, Texas, office. INTERA is a geosciences and engineering consulting firm focused on providing solutions to environmental, water resources, coastal engineering, and waste isolation challenges. In this role, you'll help tell the story of our technical expertise by supporting proposals, marketing campaigns, and branded materials that connect our teams with meaningful project opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining organization, writing, design, and teamwork to support impactful work in environmental and engineering consulting.Our ideal candidate is self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing a variety of marketing and administrative tasks in a collaborative, deadline‑driven environment. You will play a key role in helping INTERA showcase its expertise by working closely with technical staff to develop compelling proposals and marketing materials while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating proposals, developing and producing content, managing proposal and staff data, preparing marketing literature such as flyers, brochures, and statements of qualifications, and helping maintain INTERA's brand consistency across materials.
