The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing, business development, and proposal efforts for a key construction client of ours. This position will prepare professional proposals and marketing materials, manage digital content, and help promote projects and company capabilities. The role combines office-based marketing and proposal work with occasional local jobsite visits to capture project photos and videos.

Job Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator:

  Assemble, format, and edit technical proposals, RFPs, and RFQs for commercial construction projects.

  Create and update professional resumes for key personnel and project management staff.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Develop project case studies and company profiles tailored to specific proposal and bid submissions.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Develop and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Maintain and update website content, including project milestones, company news, and team announcements.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Visit active construction jobsites to capture high-quality photographs and videos of projects.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Attend industry events, trade shows, and community functions to support marketing and business development efforts.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, and other materials for events and company activities.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Support overall branding and business development initiatives as needed.

Qualifications for the Marketing Coordinator:

• 
  
• 
  

  2+ years of marketing experience; experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related industry preferred.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Experience assisting with technical proposals, RFPs, or RFQ responses strongly preferred.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• 
  

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  
  
• 
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• 
  

  Ability to travel locally to construction jobsites, industry events, and networking functions throughout the Albuquerque area.

  
  
• 
  
• Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.

Compensation for the Marketing Coordinator:

$26.44 - $33.65 Hourly (DOE)
