Description:
A global corporation is seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager (Contractor) to lead paid media strategy, planning, activation, and performance management across Consulting Services, Enterprise, and SGM teams. This role will serve as a strategic and operational lead, translating business priorities into integrated paid media programs across search, social, and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate brings strong paid media expertise, executive presence, and the ability to lead across a highly matrixed organization while partnering closely with internal marketers, agency teams, and cross-functional collaborators to drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead the development of paid media strategies, own end-to-end campaign planning and activation, partner with internal marketing and creative teams, lead day-to-day collaboration with external media agency partners, ensure activation readiness, monitor campaign performance, and advise business and marketing leaders on paid media strategy.

Requirements for the role:

  • 7 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media, including hands-on activation and optimization experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline

  • Proven experience building and activating paid media programs across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels

  • Experience working in a center of excellence or similarly matrixed enterprise environment, ideally within a global corporation or professional services organization

  • Strong understanding of targeting, bidding, budget pacing, creative testing, conversion measurement, reporting, and optimization

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines across diverse stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify implications, and recommend actions

  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence leaders and build trusted relationships

  • Ability to partner with paid media agency on measurement strategy, optimization, and reporting

  • Ability to drive omni-channel optimization by identifying performance gaps across channels

  • Ability to leverage marketing mix model insights to inform media allocation decisions

  • Ability to translate brand advertising performance into halo effect insights for business stakeholders

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline

  • 7 8+ years of relevant paid media experience

  • Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with Sprinklr, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and related paid media tools

  • Google Ads certification or equivalent experience

  • Experience partnering with analytics and measurement teams on pixels, conversion events, UTMs, funnel reporting, and testing

  • Familiarity with Workfront and Agile ways of working

  • Experience with budget and resource management
