Your Role:
As our Content Coordinator, you'll be the voice of Rehab United and our family of brands, crafting compelling stories that resonate with our audience. You'll:
Create engaging content across various social media platforms, including filming with staff and clients, editing short-form and long-form videos, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
Develop and manage an editorial calendar aligned with our marketing objectives.
Optimize content for algorithms and search engines.
Monitor and maintain engagement with online communities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent quality and brand messaging across channels and campaigns.
Analyze content performance and make data-driven improvements.
Provide support and assistance to the Marketing Manager and executive leadership as needed.
Your Skills and Experience:
A passion for Rehab United's mission and the positive impact of healthcare, wellness, and fitness.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Collaborative spirit and adaptability within a team-oriented environment.
Proactive and creative mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
1-2+ years of experience in content development, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
Proficiency in social media platforms and photo/video editing.
Basic knowledge of SEO/SMO.
