    Position Summary

    The Marketing & Community Engagement Assistant is a creative, energetic, and mission-driven person who supports ICMs marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts across Arkansas. The Marketing & Community Engagement Assistant plays a vital role in promoting ICMs services, increasing community awareness, and strengthening relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders.

    This position supports the development of marketing campaigns, digital content, community outreach initiatives, and brand awareness efforts that highlight the impact of ICMs services on individuals and families throughout the state. The role requires a combination of creativity, organization, and relationship-building skills, with responsibilities that include content creation, graphic design, social media management, photography, videography, and event participation.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    Marketing & Content Creation

    • Design digital and print marketing materials that align with ICMs brand standards.
    • Create engaging social media content highlighting ICMs services, employees, community partnerships, customer success stories, and organizational initiatives.
    • Capture candid photos and short-form video content, including reels, during events, employee spotlights, customer stories, training sessions, and community outreach activities
    • Edit photos and videos for use across social media, the website, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
    • Assist with writing social media posts, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
    • Help maintain consistency across all ICM branding and marketing platforms.
    • Assist with website updates and digital marketing initiatives.
    • Stay current on social media trends and recommend creative ways to expand ICMs online presence.

    Community Engagement & Events

    • Represent ICM at resource fairs, chamber events, school events, conferences, career fairs, networking functions, community outreach opportunities, and other public events.
    • Assist with event planning, setup, booth displays, and teardown.
    • Build positive relationships with referral partners, educators, healthcare professionals, families, community organizations, and prospective employees.
    • Collect photos, videos, testimonials, and marketing content while attending events.
    • Independently represent ICM at assigned community events when needed.
    • Serve as a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable ambassador for ICM.

    Marketing Operations

    • Organize and maintain marketing materials, promotional items, and branded inventory.
    • Assist with ordering promotional products and event supplies.
    • Organize digital photography, video, and marketing assets.
    • Assist with campaign reporting and marketing analytics.
    • Maintain an organized marketing calendar and assist with project deadlines.
    • Provide administrative and creative support to the Marketing Manager.
    • Assist with additional marketing projects assigned.

    Qualifications/Specifications

    • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
    • Must have current/valid auto insurance on the transportation used to transport customers
    • Experience creating graphics and digital marketing content.
    • Proficiency with Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
    • Photography and videography experience.
    • Video editing experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
    • Experience managing website content.
    • Experience working in healthcare, nonprofit organizations, or community outreach
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience managing social media platforms professionally.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Arkansas.
    • Ability to lift and transport marketing materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
