Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US Marketing Communications Manager to lead marketing communications planning, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration across US Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and marketing communications experience, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, schedules, stakeholders, agencies, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, and Clinical teams, particularly within regulated healthcare or medical device environments, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of annual US Marketing communication plans, managing timelines, deliverables, priorities, and project dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Manage end-to-end creative development for marketing communications, presentations, sales tools, customer communications, and other marketing collateral.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, responsibilities, customer journeys, campaign strategies, and individual asset needs.
  • Coordinate and manage external marketing agencies, ensuring timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and project expectations are met.
  • Manage the review and approval process for marketing materials, including coordination with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, and Clinical stakeholders and serving as document manager for regulated content.
  • Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies while driving timely resolution and continuous process improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 3+ years of cross-functional project management and/or marketing communications experience managing multiple complex projects and detailed schedules.
  • Strong experience developing and executing marketing communication plans, creative deliverables, campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business and executive levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues, coordinate agencies and internal teams, and deliver projects successfully in fast-paced environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience working with Legal, Privacy, Regulatory, and Clinical departments for content approval, preferably within healthcare, medical device, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with presentation design, email marketing platforms such as Knak, shared project management tools, and AI-based productivity tools.
  • Experience applying marketing communications best practices and developing integrated campaign/customer journey strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP or other Project Management certification preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple regions and time zones with approximately 5% domestic travel.
